- Customers must pay the exact order amount in Qatari Riyals (QAR) to the delivery agent before receiving or opening the package.
- We reserve the right to verify orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching the items. Unverified orders will be cancelled.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation.
- Our delivery partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or refuses the delivery without a valid reason, future COD facilities for that user may be suspended.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
- We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of our items. However, minor variations may occur.
- All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). We reserve the right to update prices or cancel orders in case of technical pricing errors on the website.
4. Customer Conduct
- Providing a fake phone number, incomplete address, or intentionally refusing delivery upon arrival is strictly prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban from our store.
